SLIC ADZ Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2026
Version: slic-adz-v1-legal-2026-09-23
1. Who we are
SLIC ADZ is operated by Slic Adz LLC (“Slic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information we collect
Account information may include name, business name, email, and authentication or account identifiers.
Advertiser information may include campaigns, saved locations, private saved-location notes, creatives, campaign settings, commitments, billing or subscription state, and support communications.
Host information may include business and location details, contact information, traffic or audience information, restrictions, screen or location information, application and onboarding information, and payout-related information where applicable.
Transaction information may include purchase amounts, payment status, account credits, refunds, and transaction references. Payment card details may be handled directly by the payment processor. Slic does not store full payment card numbers.
Technical information may include IP or network information, browser or device information, timestamps, authentication and security logs, application activity, cookies or session technologies, and error or diagnostic data.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, operate the marketplace, process bookings, deliver campaigns, review creative, process payments, administer subscriptions, communicate transactional and account information, provide support, detect and prevent fraud or security incidents, maintain records, improve and reliably operate the service, and comply with law.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary for operations. Depending on how you use SLIC ADZ, that may include Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, OptiSigns for digital-signage delivery, and mapping or location infrastructure used by the application.
Hosts may receive campaign and creative information reasonably necessary to review ads and operate campaigns at their location. Advertisers do not receive hosts’ private operational information beyond what the marketplace intentionally exposes.
Slic does not sell personal information merely because service providers process it on Slic’s behalf.
5. Cookies and session technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session persistence, essential functionality, and preferences where applicable. This Privacy Policy does not claim advertising-tracking cookies that are not used by the application.
6. Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary for account and service operation, transaction records, campaign history, proof and audit records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Creatives connected to active, pending, or historical campaigns may be retained even if hidden or archived from an advertiser’s library where deletion would break campaign history or audit records.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may update appropriate account information, manage notification preferences, request support, and request appropriate account or data action subject to retention and legal requirements. We do not promise deletion where campaign, payment, or audit records must be retained.
9. Children
SLIC ADZ is a business advertising service and is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy prospectively and provide appropriate notice for material changes.
